A Victim’s Revenge by M.C. Questgend

A Victim’s Revenge tells the story of a confused kid who is trying to find something… identity, purpose, acceptance in a world filled with fear, hate, and exploitation. In that search, the main character finds something. Something that brings him happiness, but soon realizes that happiness comes at a cost.

Being different made for an easy target, only the target was not a red bullseye, but rather a pink dress and a pair of matching tights. Not at all easy to conceal for a young man. As time went on, he found it was easier to accept the bullying rather than fight it by turning his attackers in.

After repeated humiliating episodes facilitated by his classmates, “our hero” makes the decision to try and start over and with the help of some new friends and his sister, he is able to do just that. Only the challenge of surviving on your own in a new town is just as overwhelming as living at home.

As Mark becomes Stacie, she finds a calmness that is liberating, but this doesn’t help pay the bills and doesn’t remove the memory of the past. After coming to her new home to find the power off, she is now in need of money… fast.
